OKLAHOMA CITY — Kailey Utley is the Goal 5 WPSL Player of the Week after scoring four goals and adding two assists in three matches to clinch Fire & Ice a playoff berth.

Three of her four goals were against SFG Lady Demize, a 5-0 home win June 26 and a 7-0 road victory on Sunday.

Utley, a West Virginia graduate who is finishing her graduate degree in optometry at the University of Missouri—St. Louis, has scored 10 goals with three assists for the 2019 season.

She is also a member of the United States Army Reserve and will be activated and promoted to captain upon her graduation from Missouri-St. Louis.

Fire & Ice finished the season on a six-match win streak to finish two points ahead of cross-town rivals St. Louis Lions. It will play in the Central Regional tournament, which will be held in Minnesota from July 13-14.
