Alabama FC's Ashley Orkus (Ole Miss), MVLA Wolves' Luca Deza (Cal) and AHFC Royals' Grace Yochum (Oklahoma State) were named player of the week in their respective Power 5 conferences.

Orkus, a sophomore goalkeeper, was named SEC Defensive Player of the Week after she had a career-high 10 saves, three in overtime, in a 1-1 draw vs. Alabama on Oct. 17.

Deza, a junior midfielder, was named Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week with a goal and assist in a 3-0 victory vs. USC on Oct. 18. Deza is second on her team with five goals this season.

Yochum, a sophomore midfielder, was named Big 12 offensive player of the week after scoring a game-winning goal at West Virginia followed by a hat trick at Iowa State. Yochum, who was named Offensive Player of the Week earlier in the season, had all six of her shots on target during the road trip.
