OKLAHOMA CITY – The Women’s Premier Soccer League, the largest women’s soccer league in the world, has announced the 2018 All-Conference teams for the South Region.
Pensacola FC, the South Region champion and WPSL finalist, leads all South Region clubs with six players on its all-conference team, including WPSL leading scorer Uchenna Kanu.
The state of Florida has players from the four all-conference teams representing 16 collegiate programs from the Sunshine State. The Southeastern Conference has nine of its 14 universities represented on the South Region All-Conference teams.
Clubs within each of the four conferences nominated players to determine their respective All-Conference team. The all-conference team for East Region will be revealed Thursday. For more information, visit www.wpslsoccer.com.
